- Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. If you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email, and Google account identifier.
- Agent Data. Content you upload or create through the Services, including agent configurations, knowledge documents, evaluation configurations, and deployment settings.
- Communications. Information you provide when contacting us for support or feedback.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data. We collect information about how you interact with the Services, including API calls, evaluation runs, trace spans, and agent run metadata.
- Device and Connection Data. IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and referring URLs.
- Cookies. We use strictly necessary session cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
1.3 Information From Third Parties
- Authentication Providers. If you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information (name, email) as authorized by you during the OAuth consent flow.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate the Services, including agent evaluation, scoring, and knowledge ingestion.
- Authenticate your identity and maintain account security.
- Generate evaluation scores and summaries for your agents using automated analysis.
- Communicate with you about your account, service updates, and support requests.
- Monitor and improve the reliability, security, and performance of the Services.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

We use third-party services to operate the platform:

4. Data Retention
We retain your account information and associated data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal information and agent data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes.
Evaluation results and anonymized usage metrics may be retained in aggregate form after account deletion.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest and in transit (TLS/HTTPS)
- Bcrypt hashing for API keys
- JWT-based session management with expiration
- Role-based access controls ensuring you can only access your own agents and data
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If you become aware of a security vulnerability, please contact us immediately.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Delete your account and associated data.
- Export your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent for optional data processing.
